As an orthomolecular therapist, Nicky helps people bring more balance to their health with personal guidance in nutrition and lifestyle. With years of experience in holistic health, she combines her knowledge of orthomolecular nutrition with a deep understanding of how stress, exercise, breathing, and sleep affect your overall well-being. Known for her warm and approachable style, Nicky helps you take back control of your health. She guides you in addressing challenges such as digestive issues, breaking unhealthy habits, balancing hormones, increasing your energy, and improving your body composition (fat versus muscle mass). Jeroen


CrossFit Coach, Mobility Trainer and owner of CrossFit Zeeburg

From an early age, Jeroen has had a great passion for sports. As a child he started playing football, but after seeing the legendary 'Dream Team' during the 1992 Olympic Games, he was hooked — basketball became, and still is, his sport. In 2014 he discovered CrossFit, and that changed everything. He noticed how fun the classes are, how much energy they give, and how quickly you feel fit and strong when you train consistently. His mission has been clear ever since: to help as many people as possible get fitter than they ever thought possible. Especially people without a sports background inspire him the most — he wants to let them experience what regular training can do for your health, energy, and self-confidence.

Remco is a passionate coach with a unique background in sports coaching, addiction care, and the Korps Commandotroepen (Special Forces). He is known for his special combination of military discipline and genuine empathy. With his approach, he helps people break limiting patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength and emotions. As an ultra-athlete and boxer, Remco believes that growth arises precisely from discomfort. What you get during the Boost Your Health program

The Boost Your Health program is not a standard training plan, but a complete journey in which you work step-by-step on more energy, peace, and healthy habits. You will receive personal coaching, an inspiring start weekend, access to our training sessions, and a group that motivates you to keep going.

You start with a 1-on-1 intake with Nicky, your coach throughout the program. Together, you will discuss your goals, habits, and challenges.

This way, you know exactly what you are working on and receive personal guidance that truly suits you.

During the Kick-off Weekend, all participants come together for inspiring workshops, mindset sessions, and joint training sessions.

The weekend sets the tone: learning, laughing, moving, and discovering how to approach health from a holistic vision: body, mind, and recovery in balance.

Every week you have a check-in with Nicky. During these, you discuss your progress, we do measurements, and you get concrete tools to eat better, sleep better, and reduce stress.

This keeps you focused, motivated, and supported whenever you need it.

Throughout the program, you can participate in our CrossFit classes and yoga sessions at times that work for you. You train in small groups, with coaches who know you and help you at your level.

To us, movement is never an obligation, but a way to build energy and have fun.

We organize three special group workouts (WODs) for all participants of the program. A great way to motivate each other, celebrate successes, and grow together. Because you don't build health alone, but together.
